Competency 2.5:
Teamwork
(Part of phase 2 – Solutions Experimenting)
“Teamwork” allows you to cooperate and work together with others. It ensures successful communication among a group of people. As within work we face tasks that depend on a group rather than individuals, and because people are different, we have to take into account different work styles and be flexible and adaptable. Valuing diversity means addressing diversity positively based on the idea that it is possible to achieve more positive results with diversity than without it, when diversity is managed correctly.
In order to create impact through entrepreneurship, Teamwork is a key competence since cooperating with others and creating significant networks, enables to develop valuable ideas and turn them into action for the development of companies and for the overall development of society.
